I'm trying to play Star control 3 in wink2k but the mouse seems confined to the top third of the screen. I've tried using mouse2kv but that doesn't seem to help at all.
I'm running windows 2000 on a 1600 duron, 512mb RAM, gforce2 mx400 (64mb ram) with a basic ps2 mouse.
Anyone got any ideas please?

Only problem is that the "stuck mouse" issue doesn't seem very consistent. It seems (to me) to be videocard-related, but I see no pattern to the videocards:

Mostly NVidia, yes, but I've got a GeForce3 Ti200...and I've never had this stuck mouse problem.
