SKARDAVNELNATE has noted that the CD-ROMs of Descent for DOS included in the Descent I and II: The Definitive Collection package that are labeled CD-H95-700-0 cannot be upgraded to Version 1.5 using the official Interplay Version 1.4a=>1.5 patch. Using information provided by SKARDAVNELNATE, I have created an "alignment" patch that can be used to convert this particular Registered/Retail version into one which can be upgraded using the official Interplay Version 1.4a=> 1.5 patch.

Special commendations for the uber detailed TXT inside.

Same goes for that one of yours as well: Descent Version 1.5 Patch Fix, but alas I needed this one.
