I don't know if this is the right area, so i will post in VDMsound too. I have read some thread pertaining to this but would like a definitive answer if poss.

How do i get/ What do I need to do to get Legends Deathgate to run in window 2000. It asks me to install univbe etc. and says i need vesa. Obviously VDMsound is supposed to help by making the game full screen to get round this but doesnt seem to work. And i wonder about the use of univbe under win2000 as it shouldnt really work.

Any ideas?

#1- Don't doublepost.
#2- UniVESA/UniVBE will not work with any hardware from the past several years because they are severely outdated technologies.
#3- Try NoLFB.

pretty new at this. got NoLFB ran it a number of ways, firstly on its own as per instructions , then dgate.exe , but no joy. both full screen and in window. Using VDMsound with NoLFB in the extra command section (dos enviroment) , not suposed to work but thought i'd try everything. It is still asking for and cannot find VESA
must a be a pig of a game to get to run under win2000. Will try to get it to go at home on my win98 install.
