I hope I can get help for this (I couldn't find a support section and www.vogons.org came back saying undeliverable)

I havent been on vogons since 2002 so I figured my old account "duffman" wouldve been deleted by now and I could reuse the email I used for it

when I tried to register it said the email was in use so i requested a new password
which worked I got one
then when I tried it came back saying "no such user exists"

can I get my old account back?

or at least free up the email address so I can use it again?

I used my ISP email for this account
I don't like using my ISPs email, it's terrible
