Yeah. Same for Shadow Warrior: Hit T, then type SWLOC. BTW, the end result is typing 'TRATE' <ENTER> (or TSWLOC <ENTER> for Shadow Warrior).

Just found out that Eradicator also displays live framerates while playing. Use the code:
\frame
typed while in-game.
