I have a problem to save game ver. 1.23
It show error after saving "put file _level1.tmp to aby drive"
When i hit esc it quit to Dos
I start game in dos 6.22

Is this on a real DOS machine or in DOSBox? If DOSBox ask in the DOSBox forum. If real DOS, did you install it to the hard drive from your floppy disks or CD?

real DOS 6.22
It is floppy version installed on HD, and patched witch us patch 1.23
I changed config.sys files=40 buffer=40 because in Westwood page it is written, it may be the solution but it doesn't fix the problem with saving, the same error appear when i try te exit from castle at the beggining.
Yesterday i installed cd version and updated witch patch 1.20 for CD and there is no problem with this Version on the same machine.
