I' ve got this to start somehow with VDMsound, but the game request for CD (which obviously is in the drive).
Copying the content of the cd to HD and installing the game from there doesn't work.

So, any ideas?

Did you enable Low level support for cd-rom drives?

If so, did you try SAPUCDEX, a replacement for MS MSCDEX?

I´m not very good with VDMsound. I've tried that "low level support" thingie, but now the program whines something about an "illegal operation".
With VDMsound's default settings, it passes the point where it now displays an error message and closes the program. Could there be something wrong with VDMsound settings?
