I've got Fallout from GOG.com, but it's the Windows version. I'd like to play it in MS-DOS if possible. I was checking ebay for MS-DOS versions of the game, but there's only a few for sale and they don't specify between Win and DOS. Does anyone know if the original game CD came with both versions, or were they sold separately?

edit:
found this page that says the DOS and Win installers were on the same disc. (install.exe=DOS, setup.exe=Win), and that you'd need dos4gw, hmidet.386, and hmidrv.386. So I'll check my GOG version and see if those files are in the fallout folder. If so, it should work in DOS, if not, then I just have to source those files from somewhere.

edit2: the GOG version does not include setup.exe or install.exe, so it probably can't be made to work (who knows what else they stripped out when preparing it for GOG?). I guess if I want it bad enough, I can buy a disc off of ebay. 😀
