Hello! I want to ask you if there is a way to play Thor's Hammer on a Desktop PC with Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64bit. The game requires:

386 or faster IBM PC-compatible Computer
550K conventional RAM free
4 MB extended memory free
VGA Graphics Card
HDD 10 MB free

Can you tell me which configuration must I enter on DOSBOX in order to be able to play the game?

DOSBox generally does not require any special configuration. The only thing you have to worry about is getting your game installed, and the 60 Seconds Guide is good for that.
