why c disk did'nt loading?????

Please excuse, what are you trying to do ?
Do you boot from a single floppy image ?

If so, it's just normal that you can't see the "c" disk.
Once you boot from floppy, the DOS emulation of DOSBox is gone.
And with it, the virtual filesystem is also gone.

If you wan to see "c" disk you also need another image (hard disk image).
Then you can can install DOS onto that hard disk image file.
But this requires a custom boot floppy which has fdisk/format/sys.

Once you have done this, you can open the image with WinImage or other tools.
If it is opened, you copy stuff inside of it (drag and drop) and save the image.
