Sound card: Roland SCC-1

When selecting "Roland Sound Canvas" as the Music Board and trying to start Transport Tycoon (V1.06.011) the following error occurs and the game won't start:

System Error TNT.40026: Coundn't unlink debug state from list

The game has been installed from the original 3.5" disks.
