hi there
i have installed vdmsound and i have some problems with timing.
I've tried with 5 games:
interplay's lord of the rings episode 1 and 2
lost eden
dune
wing commander 3

i have an athlon 700 with win2000 and a diamond monster sound (aureal vortex chipset) with a korg wave midi daughterboard.

all games are playable, but some are more troublesome.
Lost eden and dune work perfectly and it is so good to hear stephane pick's themes with the sound blaster emulation
lord of the rings 2 works perfectly (midi music, soundblaster fx)

but i have some problems with lord of the rings 1, without speedset the music plays awfully slow although the game goes really fast. If i use speedset to slow things down, the game is slowed but the music plays overfast.

and wing commander 3 is the most troublesome: i"ve fixed vesa problems using vesa emulation in vdmsound and vbeplus, mouse problems with mouse2kv and now the game plays with some frame skipped in svga and a reaallly sloooow music. and i don't know what to do...

well overall i'm very happy, i hope i'll solve the remaining problems (i have a huge stack of floppies waiting right below my desk), and i will enjoy any advice..
