I managed to get GTA 1 start og come to the menu. But when i select world and are goind to load, it goes back to windows XP after a while.
I need DOSBox cause GTA is going to fast and unplayable.
Any know what i shall do?
PS: Use D-Fend
tried frame limiter?
f11 i think
(or f8, i forget... one is resolution the other is frame limiter)
and for reference f6 is pause
You can download a native Windows version of GTA1 from the web site of rockstar (about 300 Mb). Sadly, you can't run London 1969 with this version.
Well, Gta came with a windows version and an 8bit, 16 bit and 24 bit dos version. i always have played GTA in windows (yes, XP) without trouble. put it up to a high res and put it on frame limiter otherwise your guy will zoom around the place uncontorobly.
