I have a BBC English course from 1994, although installing the course in Windows 3.11 works, it does not seem to find the audio tracks that the CD contains.
All this seems to be due to the fact that since I have an external USB drive, it is not the same to mount it like this
mount d /Volumes/ SIN_T_TULO -t cdrom (I use MacOS) that contains the files to find the audio CD, this in Virtual Box for example is solved, mounting the USB device (at least in Windows XP I got it to sound), the thing is, How can I mount the USB device in Dosbox so that it finds the aforementioned soundtracks?

Did you try making a bin/cue and mounting it?

As I have to get a bin / cue of the twelve that the course consists of, I have it clear
Also in MacOS when I try to make an image of the CD (it is multi session, it is audio and data) it gives me an error at the end, so I cannot get at least an image of the CD in MacOS
