Maybe im just stupid?

tried dosBox 5.8, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, & 6.3

tried on both Pentium4-1.6Ghz AND my Pentium2-333

Downloaded 4, yes FOUR different versions. . . still no success:
(why there's so many versions is completely beyond me!)

1) 121kB (292kB uncompressed) from Home of Underdogs
2) 793kB uncompressed, from Abandonia.com
3) 294kB uncompressed, not sure where from..
4) 301kB uncompressed, also cant remember where from

Surely this game is not as yet dosBox compatible. . .

though i note that its checked as being compatible at doxBox website. strange?

It seems really weird to me that none of these version would work. 😕

Well, it works fine at the beginning, as the title screen is displayed and then after I select my character it just hangs on a black screen.
(except for dosBox5.8 which no matter which computer i use or game version never works at all)

interestingly the sound is very strange/metallic-like, i can't be sure its supposed to be like that.

Ahhh I see, just read the link you gave me. so its not supposed to just work without making adjustments. (i need a little picture of a light bulb turning on)

thanx! ill get right to work on getting this game up & running.
