Ok, like always, here are my specs...

Pentium 200 MHZ
America Megatrends Motherboard
Sound Blaster 16
PC DOS 6.3

Problem:
Level 1 plays just fine, but, when I get into level 2 of episode 1, the game crashes with a forever lasting sound wave. I don't think there is any problems with my SB16, I know its obvious that, when you get a foever lasting wave during gameplay, the soundcard is the problem, well, I don't think thats the case, because, my card uses IRQ 7, and its settings are correct for the game. Now, I don't know how much memory my pc has, because it says it in kilobytes instead of megabytes. I have about
over 10 thousand kilobytes of RAM, and the game requires about 590 KB, all the memory slots in my PC are used, so, do you think I should just remove the excess memory, instead, or is that not the case?

Maybe your files got corrupted somehow? Are you using real ms-dos?

PS - Do not confuse conventional memory with any other type of memory. They are different.

try setting stacks=9,256 in config.sys It's in the game's readme as well.

how stupid it may sound this will fix it.
The reason for this is that when you set this stack line => dos revectors interrupt 2.

the game itself is buggy and compares values against interrupt 2.
(probably they messed up a pointer).
