Hi!

I'm trying load DOS drivers for SiI 0680 IDE controller (PCI). Work fine under Windows, but when i'm loading DOS (6.22 / 7.1) driver SII860.SYS stuck on message "Redirecting INT 13h for drivers 80h-81h.". I'm use ga-5ax mobo and i'm trying lot bios settings. Does anyone work? No matter than hdd is plugged or not to controller, above message always shown and stuck.

I'm trying also plug CD DROM and use SII860CD.SYS for CD-ROM drive and this fork fine with mscdex.

Maybe exists another IDE PCI controller work fine under DOS?

That’s weird, cause I use this in dos and it seems to work fine,

Though I’ve never tried installing to it, just booting from it. I usually load the cards on a modern computer and boot the card.

I believe it is based on the same chipset.

Pretty sure I have tried it on my gigabyte ga-5aa which is a similar mobo

I know that trying to use my ide sil0680 card (with ide ports) was buggy last time I tried to use it with a DOM

I usually use a promise sata II tx4 for most of my builds where actual drives are used.
