I am trying to run my old Grand Theft Auto game on my pc but it won't let me install it. It is the very 1st game in the series. I have windows xp. It keeps coming up with this message:

"16 bit Windows Subsystem"
C:\WINODWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.

Any help would be great!!! Cheers.

Also, you can download a Windows version of GTA free from Rockstar website.
