1. Check if you have same problem that I had.
Open command window (either cmd or command). Execute mem. See if there are some lines about EMS. Mine were as follow:

Total expanded memory available ....... some big value
Total expanded memory available for program ...... 0
.....

2. Go to bios setup and disable all PCI onboard devices - video, sound, ethernet, USB - everything except IDE controller (if it is on board). Then try again.
