See the attached file, I have the graphics issue as depicted. All of the graphics are squeezed into a horizontal region of the screen, making it completely unplayable.

This is a voodoo 2 system with a Radeon 7000 as a PCI card. Windows 98 SE.

I've tried various graphics options in the game, I've tried various voodoo 2 drivers.

Try it with just the Radeon card.

Balls of Steel is a 2D Windows game and doesn't use the Voodoo2 card nor Glide in any capacity.

Thanks for the help guys, I can confirm that the bos13rp.zip patch fixed it in my case!
