I can't get this game run. Everytime I try too the same error message pops up saying failure to load chess engine. The game fails to load both King.exe and Queen.exe and both of those can't run in WinXP, evertime I try too I get the message "program too big to fit in memory." All I can think of is that both programs need DOS to run.

Just odd that a game uses Windows to run, but then uses programs that need DOS?

My question:

Is there a way to get these two programs to run in WinXP? Or will I be forced to buy VirtualPC or get another hard drive and install Win98 on that? I'd like to avoid spending any money.

Edit: I don't know what version the game is. My operating system is WinXP Service Pack 2.
