Can someone please help me, I just installed the DosBox and thought my prayers were answered, yet I can't get it to work.
I'm trying to play Discworld Noir, which doesn't seem to be on your pages.

I've typed cd discnoir, which seems to work, but there are no .EXE files to run in the folder. I'm sure there must be, but I've searched to no avail! I also don't have the manual for the game as I bought it on the cheap on Ebay.
My laptop is Asus, a month old and running Windows XP.
How do I find the EXE file to run?
I'm sorry if this is posted incorrectly, I'm VEEERY new at this.

I bought it the other day. It sort of works under WinXP. I am playing it now. Some options on the main menu seem broken and they will cause the game exitting to desktop, but you can access the same functions using the F1 key.

Another thing: Do not activate any compatibility modes. Just run it "as-is".

I recently purchased Discworld Noir on eBay, and couldn't get it to run, due to problems with the disc protection scheme. I installed the game, and used a no-cd crack to bypass the protection, and the game seems to work ok now. There are some known, severe bugs (such as don't try to restore a save game from the menu, always start a new game, then reload from there), so be cautious.
