i guess i should mention i did the newbie troubleshoot guide,im not sure what to do still i installed the game.but not sure if i have to mount the disc drive because u need the disc to play the game.or if i have to mount the folder the games files are saved to on my comp.

and i uncheck read only in the file properties and it doesnt seem to stay unchecked

It's a Windows9x game built entirely with macromedia software and doesn't work on XP out of the box. Try obtaining the patch from the Simon and Schuster site. If that doesn't work, then set up a Win9X virtual machine with your favorite VM (VMWare, Qemu, VirtualPC)

i tried downloadin virtual pc from windows but it wouldnt work.the others you sugessted arent either.am i just boned here or what?
