I used to be able to play Lands of Lore 3 in XP SP2. Now I cannot. I don't know what changed, but now whenever I try to start it I get a .dat error and it says it cannot read a memory address.

I am running a P4 3.2 Ht with 1 GB ram and Nvidia 7900 GS XP3. I have Lands of Lore 3 on CD.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? When I was playing it before I had a problem with the cutscenes after upgrading my video card. Or it may have been the widescreen monitor upgrade.

I would appreciate any help I can get
