Didn't gold keep compatibility with DOS? If so, just install it on dosbox!

You can't run the D3D version of Dungeon Keeper in Windows 7 unless you install the Windows XP video card drivers.
You can run the game in software mode though without having to do that tho.
For both you may need to run the game in Windows 95 Compatibility mode.
As for running the game in DOSBox you can do so but there is an AI bug in singleplayer.
DOSBox is the recommended solution for multiplayer DK.
If you can find KeeperFX you should just use that.
