hi
i am using windows 7 home basic- 64 bit

i downloaded power prep from www.ets.org

ETS says the power prep can run only on windows 7 32 bit O/P

i submitted the above question to Microsoft answers forum and one guy
said you have to use dos box for it

i am just started using PC, can anyone help me how does DOS BOX help me to open the power prep program
and how can i download dos box ?

DOSBox only runs DOS programs. The program you want to run is a Windows program. So either find a version of Power Prep that works on 64bit Windows or run Power Prep under a VM program like VirtualBox, Vmware, or Virtual PC.

power prep is GRE preparatory software and can be downloaded at www.ets.org

system requirements : windows xp and 32 bit software
and it runs on windows 7 32 bit
i am using windows 7 64 bit
does dosbox have any solution to it?

DOSbox is for DOS games.

As mention above run your program in an emulator that supports Windows as a guest. DOSBox is not the solution. (The person who offered DOSBox as a solution was wrong)
