What the header says. This is actually one of the few programs I haven't been able to get to work on Win7, and I wonder if anyone else has had any luck.

Update to v1.3 and you'll probably need to apply a NOCD patch.

Hmmm. I normally do both, but its possible I tried to run it right after basic install and didn't go any further when it obviously was having none of it. I'll try it and report back.
Edit: Oh, and I'd seen references to that spreadsheet before, but unfortunately, when you're on dialup, it will take, well, forever to load.

And sure enough, once I patched it it was fine. I'm just not safe without a keeper sometimes...
