I am trying to figure out how to get ne2000 emunalation in windows 3.1 to work
How do you get it to work?

You need hals megabuild and you need to install windows on a hd image from which you boot in dosbox. You also need some drivers in the host (only Windows?) I think

What exactly do you want to do with it? I do have the HAL 9000 package working with the NE2000 emulation. But what OS are you running?
