I'm trying to run MK3 for win95 (not dos) in XP but am getting a messed up screen. Here is what it looks like:

I tried Win95 compatibility mode but get the same thing.

I also tried to run it in Virtual PC 2007 which fixed the graphics but it doesn't run that well. The sound is slightly lagged and the video is not entirely smooth. It would be nice to run this game in XP.

Try hitting F3 to F5 key or something. Seems like I remember one of the "F" keys switching video modes on the game so that it would work with certain cards better.

Nice F5 worked thanks. Now I don't suppose you know there is a way to run it in window mode? Or perhaps some external program to do this? Tried all the other F keys but nothing happened. Thanks.
