There are a couple of neat Win installers for old Sierra dos games. Aces of the Deep and many others. One in particular, Fast Attack, the sub sim, you are forwarned has glitchy issues upon install in Vista. Unfortunately, Sierra forums no longer supports the installer. I was wondering did anyone ever get it to run in Vista?

(note: Ebay has several sellers offering the game with a 1 clk installer for Vista and Win 7, wonder if this is the same installer, probably).

Better use DOSBox to install and run Fast Attack. It will be more compatible than Vista.

I have traveled across the universe and through the years to find Her.
Sometimes going all the way is just a start...

I do, in fact. Just hunting for the disc every time is something I can live without. That was my primary motivation with the installer, you wouldn't need the disc. Thanks, anyway.
