The sound is working correctly only with RSX as the sound provider. Others choices (DS3d, EAX, A3d, Miles) - laggy sound and music.
Patching to 1.01 and lowering the audio acceleration level aren't fixed this glitch.
Tested with SB Live 5.1, Realtek HDAudio and SoundMAX. With WinXp and Vista. The wrong soung is still here.
Can someone tell the way to fix this?

One possibility would be to try the Realtek 3D SoundBack Beta 0.1 with Vista and your Realtek HD Audio:

Also, I noticed that one reviewer on U.S. Amazon.com indicated that you would need to use Creative Labs' ALchemy and a more modern card to get the proper EAX sound on modern Windows OSes. Is that an option for you?
No. Because Xp isn't "modern MS crap" and others games are working correctly with DS3d/EAX/Miles. A3d is the exception, because there is no good software emulation for a3d 2.0.
Plus I have installed Soundback, the testing for Vista+Realtek HDA is with Soundback.
