Happens to me too.

Options:
1. According to one review of the game, the game has native PowerVR support (PowerSGL) and detects the card at installation. Find the original CD of the game and reinstall, perhaps it doesn't error like this.
2. Find some hacker who can stop the game from thinking the system has a PowerVR card.
3. Find a hacker who can create a PowerSGL->Direct3D or PowerSGL->OpenGL wrapper.
4. Get the Playstation version of the game and emulate it on a PSX emulator.
5. Find an old system that runs the game properly.

Have I forgotten anything?

It would be in SYSTEM32 on XP, not SYSTEM.

Yes, it’s my fault.

The game works fine with nGlide but in my case 45 fps so the game goes very fast.
