I'm aware that there already is a thread related to that game but everyone involved in it had problems running the game on Windows 7 after it's been installed. I'm having no luck even getting that far.

I go to mhead\Motor\disk1 on the disc, and I run setup.exe with Windows 95 compatibility (I've tried the others as well). I'm getting the following error:

Motorhead is designed for Windows 95 and cannot be run on Windows NT

I'm trying to install the game on Windows 7 x64 SP1. Any suggestions?

You could try copying the disc to a folder on your hard drive then replace the setup.exe with one more compatible from the reactos website

It's surprising these alternatives to 16bit installers isnt stickied somewhere here
