There is a website which has the latest available version of popular software for each OS version:

http://www.oldapps.com/

Click the "Load more" button under the "Apps for Windows" column on the right and you will find Windows 95 on the list.

That's pretty handy. For the last several years Oldversion.com has gone downhill IMO. Not only is it difficult to download files from an older browser (they get picked up as php files, not a direct link). But version compatabilties etc have gone all criss-cross and are untrue in alot of cases.

OldApps is suspect too, their Netscapes only go as back as 4 with a claim it first released in 1998 🤣 and most of the description is about "OMG IT COMES WITH AIM!!! THATS WHATS NETSCAPES KNOWN FOR!!!! OLDSCHOOL BROWSING IN THE CLINTON YEAR'S!!!!!!!!"

As for "good photo viewer" I used to use Paint Shop Pro 4's thumbnail browser for that purpose, but be aware of its big jbf files cluttering every folder it traverses. In DOS it was CompuShow and CompuShow 2000, which even animated gifs long before animated gifs were a common WWW thing.
