Mostly fixed, by removing the USB link cable from my H100i water cooling system, see here: FIXED see pg 5: Why does my new PC crash games that work for other people? Lengthy testing results within, please help!

However the game does crash loading a race sometimes. I found if I used Dege's updated DirectX wrapper it would work, but the watermark wasn't showing, so I'm not sure if it actually was engaged. Afterwards, deleting his DDraw.dll and D3DImm.dll from the game folder the game would still work (although sometimes crash), so I dunno if it helps or not!

Anyway the main issue is fixed!
