Extreme Rally Racer is a fairly average budget racing game, released in the US (I believe). Originally it was a Polish released game called WR Rally.

On modern PCs, the setup.exe program keeps reporting there's not enough disk space on large hard disks when you try to install the game. Microsoft's Application Compatibility Toolkit fixes can't seem to be applied to it (even if you copy the CD contents to the hard disk and make sure it's not read only), so here's how to perform a manual install (it's really, really easy!):

1. You'll need to first have 7-Zip installed
2. Open the CD-ROM
3. Right-click setup.exe and choose 7-Zip > Extract files...
4. Choose the path where you want to install them. Once extracted you can eject the CD-ROM and put it away
5. Go into the folder where you extracted the game
6. Run (or make a shortcut to it if you prefer) Extreme_Rally_Racer.exe (I don't know what the _R9000 version is for)

And that's it!
