I am having little to no success in finding any solution to getting KQ6 Windows version to run in WIndows 7. it is a far superior game to the DOS one. I understand someone has made a Kings Quest patcher for GOG but it doesn't patch GOG's current arrangement of the games. I also have the CD-ROM enhanced version. Any aid in getting the CD-ROM version to work or a way for the GOG patcher to work with my KQ anthology would be appreciated. the patcher will only place KQ 1 in a new diretory and has no way of "Seeing" my games in any directroy name I have given. does ANYBODY happen to know the way the orignal games were named when they were released in sets of 1-2-3/4-5-6 ect because GOG now has them individually and I cannot find any info on the names when they were released in trilogy sets. 😠
