NFL Blitz 2000 is a big upgrade, but the installer silently fails to progress (setup.exe remains in the background with no UI), regardless of compatibility mode or troubleshooter.

From what little I've read, no one has had success installing this on anything after Windows XP. Anyone here had success installing this one, or any ideas?
