It's something about the QPI frequency or the PCI-E frequency.
Reverting to default values in BIOS -> CPU frequency is correctly detected.

Now I'll test with PCI-E only forced to 101.....maybe "105" is a rounded reading of 101.....🤣
Maybe other games have this issue.....

The culprit is the BCLOCK @200 MHz.
@133 and @166 Enclave works right.

It's not the CPU frequency, it's the damn base clock implementation (I test 200x8 and I have the problems with low total frequency too, it's the fucking BCLK 😁 )
