It says i have to either way in a virtual image or on a actual disc it says i have to insert the disc, anyone had this problem?

Problems like this often occur if the drive (virtual or otherwise) using the disk is not the last drive letter. I think there is an example at http://www.play-old-pc-games.com/2015/02/10/w … shadows-empire/ .
