With such limited information it is impossible to state if this is a Windows 10 problem, a video card problem, or an entirely unrelated problem due to something else you're running on your system.

Are you running the game from its original installation media? The game is available on Steam, so I would suggest checking the Steam forums to see if there have been any similar reports. I have no idea if the version available on Steam has been substantially patched compared to the original release; it's possible you might have to end up buying the Steam version.

Apparently the game uses Safedisc. Safedisc is not supported by Windows 10 so the game won't work unless removed.

i used a no cd crack and it worked
