Hello peoples, not sure where to put this so I figured I'd put this post here.

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e and I am trying to connect my favorite mouse to it.

The only problem is that it is a PS/2 mouse.

I've managed to get my hands on a cable that has a PS/2 input on one end and a USB output on the other.
But when I plug it all in with my mouse nothing happens (it doesn't even recognize it's been plugged in).

Any suggestions?

It's probably faulty. A PS/2 to USB adapter should show up in device manager even if there are no devices attached.
