I hope that helps. By the way, if you've never played Deus Ex before, then play it vanilla (i.e. don't install any of the fan-made mods such as graphical updates, or new missions), as it was when it was released. Then when you want to play it again, play it with Shifter (http://www.moddb.com/mods/shifter1), which is a mod that changes some of the gameplay and add some new stuff. Then play it with GMDX (v9 is due out in a month or two - http://www.moddb.com/mods/gmdx), which is basically Shifter but a lot more so (it's my favourite Deus Ex mod). You will want to play Deus Ex repeatedly, and these two mods improve the game (vanilla DX is great, DX + Shifter is really great, and DX + GMDX is utterly fantastic).
There are also mods that add new missions, and some that improve the graphics, but one I didn't like was Revision, which a lot of people say is fantastic, but lots of other people (myself included) think actually manages to worsen the game in some aspects. Not terrible, but I wouldn't play it again.
Deus Ex is still my favourite ever game, more than fifteen years since I first played it.
