Nothing probably. The issue here is that Red Alert 2 has Safedisc on the installer itself (as well as the game so that won't start in Win10 either) and Windows 10 has made a known regression with CD protection schemes.

You'd probably have to install it through a virtual machine of some sort (Running Win9x/2000/XP) and then rip the installed game off the drive image. then, you can patch it and deprotect it from there so it'll probably maybe run on Win10 (though, base may explode)
