If you find the AI is stuck on the grid/wobbles slowly down the road in F1 World Grand Prix (99) by Eidos, or WARM UP! by Microids (both created by Lankhor) then simply play them at 60fps. Any higher and the AI gets confused.

Note: the games possibly should only run at 30fps, so if you have a way to lock the FPS to that, they might perform even better, I don't know. I just wanted to take some screenshots without all the cars stuck on the grid!
