Good day,

We have an old program on board called, KXTD1232 (Panasonic software programming)

I have installed DOS box, and i did follow the instructions for mount. After that the mount was succesfull, and i can see the files.

When i type prog.exe the response is " This program requires Microsoft Windows "

Can somebody explain me what i am doing wrong?

You are using DOSBox for a Windows program. DOSBox is for Dos programs.

Just found it. I have used the wrong file.

Now it is working.

Glad you got the problem sorted out, but DOSBox isn't intended for running serious DOS programs, only DOS games. Using DOSBox might work fine for you, or might later on cause a problem with your program, so you might be better off using VDOSPlus (http://www.vdosplus.org), or VDOS (https://sourceforge.net/projects/vdos/).
