Hello
Is there a simple compile list about unofficial Full HD or Widescreen mods*patches* available for different old games ?
(- Old 3D games 1996<X<2005 that offer only small resolutions like max.1280x1024,1024x768, or so resolution )

- *Also other add-on mods would be good like how to get it working in modern Win 7(seven) computers.

Like:
NFS Underground 2 Full HD mod.
Carmageddon 1 Full HD mod.
NFS Porche challenge 2000 1 Full HD mod.
and such.

There isn't any such list. If you think about it, a complete list would require several full time job positions to fill, the chances of someone organizing and doing that for free while it simultaneously being hard to find via a Google search are really low.

The best reference for things like this is the PCGamingWiki:
https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Home
It is very incomplete and hard to scrape into a list.
