Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius (2001) on modern PCs: Windows XP and higher

If you're wondering if it's possible to play Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius (2001) on a modern machine running from Windows XP and higher, yes, it is possible.

I ran the game on a Dell Inspiron 600m that has Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3 with an ATI Radeon 9000 Mobility GPU and a Compaq Presario C700 Notebook with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit with SP1 and Intel GMA X3100 GPU, and the game ran flawlessly without setting the Compatibility Mode (doing that causes the screen to flicker, like my Windows 98SE machine running on a Socket 754 motherboard and GeForce2 MX400 card) to Windows 9x (95-ME).

For those who need tips on this, let me know.
