There is problem in the ingame videos, except the intro. OS is Windows 95 OSR. I think it is the same issue with DOSBox.

Maybe take a screen short or so (using you camera / mobile is good enough).
I never played NFS SE, But NFS 2 SE on Win98SE.

The video can play, i inserted my S3 Trio graphic card, and it now plays the video.

Yea, I think that's a known issue... NFS doesn't set the correct video mode on certain SVGA cards.
I think it helps to use UNIVBE, at least in DOS.

Or try using the Windows version. NFSSE has both DOS and Windows versions.
