Thought I should share this, I've tested in Windows 7 and 10:

1. install game, but don't install Quicktime.
2. Extract the files from attached Warp2.7z to game folder. These are quicktime files that warp2 really required.
3. Mount game cd image in virtual drive software, or insert real disc in cd-rom drive.
4. Play game.(Run warp2.exe in game folder)

The first Starship Creator can also use files in attachement to run, and it works in both Windows 7 & 10. Actually I think the first version with addon pack is better than Warp II.
Note there are at least a variant version of Starship Creator Warp II that can run in Windows 7, but won't run in Windows 10.
